Worst service department in Utah. After buying my brand new Honda from Ken Garff Riverdale the service department has let me down over and over. When I walk in I find 3or4 service writers staring at their new Honda from Ken Garff Riverdale the service department has let me down over and over. When I walk in I find 3or4 service writers staring at their computer screen and will not make eye contact. When one of them does they act like I’m taking them away from their important computer screen. They have rotated my tires twice and refuse to balance without a 65$. They also ripped my cabin filter out just to tell me I need a new one and then they reinstalled incorrectly...so it made a whistle noise. I will take my car and future car buying to Tony Divino. More
Frank is the best. Wouldn’t work with anyone else. As well as Susan she is sweet and knows her stuff. Those two will be the only two people I will work with.
