Do not trust tech I was told I needed work done on my car. I questioned it and said it had been done last time I was in, he checked records and it had. Seems the tech I was told I needed work done on my car. I questioned it and said it had been done last time I was in, he checked records and it had. Seems the tech really didn’t even check the work or it really wasn’t done last time! Do not trust what I was told. I bring my car to you regularly and expected more! How honest are you? I have questioned things before but now I don’t trust! More

Awful service Had to reschedule appointment 3 times because they couldn’t see me when my appointment was actually scheduled. I don’t understand what the point of an Had to reschedule appointment 3 times because they couldn’t see me when my appointment was actually scheduled. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if they can’t see your vehicle for another 6 hours. They wouldn’t offer me a rental and wouldn’t drive me back to my house cause I lived 30 minutes away and apparently that’s to far. They weren’t helpful and I still had to wait 4 hours on my 3rd appointment for my car to get looked at. More

Excellent Customer Service We took my car in when it started leaking oil- we had just bought this car 1 year ago and had never had issues with it but unfortunately when we took We took my car in when it started leaking oil- we had just bought this car 1 year ago and had never had issues with it but unfortunately when we took it in to have the leak checked out we found out this car was in terrible shape (we bought it from a different dealership and are very disappointed that they sold us a car in this terrible of condition- again it was a different dealership not Honda). There were so many broken parts on our car and safety issues that we had clue about, but the guys at Honda found everything and fixed our car up good as new. One thing I loved was that they sent video of the inside of our car as they were checking it out so when they said something was broken they could actually show it to us instead of us just taking their word for it. Our list of repairs ended up getting really expensive, but the guys working with us helped find us discounts or reduced labor costs for us wherever they could and they ended up saving us probably about an extra $1,000 off the repairs. Excellent customer service despite a really crummy car situation. I’ll absolutely take it back to them in the future! More
