First visit This was my first visit at this location. Other experiences I have had with Honda I am greeted as I pull into garage but not here. Josh was the only staff person I had any interaction with. He provided good customer service. Waiting room was mostly clean. Overall experience was good. Great service to me would include being greeted upon arrival, other staff members being friendly and cleaner waiting room. I will be back. More

It was handled quickly even though they were quite busy. Merrissa was pleasant and friendly and the oil change and other checks were done quickly.
