Recall repair, oil, air filters, transmission fluid Waited for about 90 minutes for a shuttle ride home... waited 2 hours for a shuttle ride pickup. The passenger side airbag has been rattling since it Waited for about 90 minutes for a shuttle ride home... waited 2 hours for a shuttle ride pickup. The passenger side airbag has been rattling since it was replaced -- this happened when the driver's side airbag was replaced, and a loose screw was to blame. All the people are over-the-top friendly, and other than the airbag replacements, the repairs seem good. I moved here from Ithaca, NY 2+ years ago. I drove to Williams Honda in Elmira, NY to purchase my new Honda Fit in 2011. Nobody can compare with Williams Honda for customer service. Yours is good... theirs is GREAT! More
