Busy Service Department, Great Customer Service Vehicle received great care and service. Shuttle drivers were very courteous and friendly. Service advisor was very busy and when I got back to the Vehicle received great care and service. Shuttle drivers were very courteous and friendly. Service advisor was very busy and when I got back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle I had to wait about 20 minutes to talk to him because he was taking care of other customers. More

Returning car that wasn’t repaired on first visit Brought my car in for a squeaky belt, $650 spent and still had a squeaky belt. Returned car, they couldn’t replicate squeaky belt sound. I took the car home and made a video so they could hear the sound. I drove directly home from service and made the video because the sound is prevalent and easily identified. Sent video to the tech and am waiting for a return response. Poor overall experience. More

Windshield wiper repair I left the car early and they checked the wipers but found they needed a bolt they didn’t have so they had to wait for it from Salt Lake City.
