When I purchased a used Kia Soul in 2016, I started bringing it to Rodeo Kia for service. Dov has always handled my car and my concerns with the utmost professionalism and honesty. He always gives me a realistic service time frame which is met. I have since moved across town but becuase of the great service, still drive to Rodeo Kia and wait for the service to be completed. I am very disappointed with the Kia service I bought my KIA optima 2019 it has approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it I have had problems, with noise in the machine, on Saturday my car overheated the KIA optima 2019 it has approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it I have had problems, with noise in the machine, on Saturday my car overheated the engine my husband called Kia they brought a tow truck they took my car, they couldn't give me a car or a rented car, I was without a car all weekend and today at 2 pm KIA calls us and according to them it was the belt that was damaged, my car has a full guarantee and gap, even so, they charged us $ 208 which is not fair because my car has a warranty. The only things it doesn't cover are the brakes and tires. I need talk to the Manager More
