I was shopping for a 2019 ES o New car shopping experience supposed to be painful. Well not true if you are dealing with DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. I was shopping for a 2019 ES online, in addition to the Santa Barbara dealership, I was in contact with 3 other Lexus dealers at the same time, plus drive testing other brands of cars. Ms. Robin Tidd the online sales at Santa Barbara made the decision process easy. I was sold on the 2019 ES from the beginning. It was just trying to figure out what package and options was available and where was the best price. Robin helped me navigate through the decision process and found the car I was looking for. She was very professional and helpful in finding the perfect car with the colors, package and options I wanted. I negotiated the price online with her and was given a fair price below the dealer’s invoice. When I got to the dealership the car was prepped and ready for me. The general manager Alex Ayyoub was very pleasant to deal with. No pressure at all. What got negotiated online was finalized. No extra cost or unexpected fees. He went over all the paperwork details with me, I signed the contract and I was out of their with a new Lexus in no time. I highly recommend Lexus of Santa Barbara if you are in the market for new car. It was worth the drive. More
