Long wait for service I waited four hours for the representative from AAA to arrive to assess the damage and give approval for the repair. Dereck drove me to Enterpris I waited four hours for the representative from AAA to arrive to assess the damage and give approval for the repair. Dereck drove me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. The AAA agent called the next day explaining that he was ill and was unable to get to Lexus. The Lexus dealer was not the cause of the delay; the delay was caused by AAA.
