Hello I’m putting a 1 star cause i been buying cars since i was 16 yrs old i had buy cars from small dealers from huge dealers like Lexus , carmax and the last one dodge dealers and i have never feel this ba i was 16 yrs old i had buy cars from small dealers from huge dealers like Lexus , carmax and the last one dodge dealers and i have never feel this bad buying a car from a dealer !! Hayden Garcia was great!! He explain everything about the car and he have a great attitude and a lot of knowledge about cars 🙌🏼 I was having fun buying my first Honda , i told them i was giving 16k down payment i had 3k cash and the rest in my car hayden explain that i had to call my bank to tell them to change my limit on my car , everything was great till i walk inside the room with David Castillo 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Worst customer service he was with a angry face the hold time like he was mad made me feel really uncomfortable i wanted to stand up and say I’m sorry but i can’t buy a car from someone that have the attitude i will take my business somewhere else 😪 but i feel bad for Hayden cause he did such a good job and it wasn’t his fault, and the worst was that it looked like David Castillo was his superior so he couldn’t say anything , than the next day i come back with the rest of the money and some Asian guy help me and i had 13k cash and in all my past buying cars they look happy cause i just bought a car and they use to congratulate me but not here this guy was like 😡 13k all in cash?!!!!!!! And i guess they didn’t have the machine to count the money so he told me to start counting the money and to separate in 1,000 with attitude 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I was like woaw it looks like i work for him really bad experience i love my new car and i was happy with Hayden customer service but the rest made me feel to never come back or referred family and friends here cause they don’t have customer service, when buying a car for 5yrs the least they can do is make you feel that you made the right choice and to make this experience the best specially if it’s your first time , thank god i been around and bought cars from different dealers but this was the worst experience and i hate when people write bad reviews this is actually my first time doing this and i hate doing it but those guys they need to learn how to appreciate customers More
The sales rep that help me out his name was Abel Ortiz this representative was very kind & helpful. Abel was able to get me the car I wanted. I bought the Sonic Grey Pearl Sports. He stayed with me going this representative was very kind & helpful. Abel was able to get me the car I wanted. I bought the Sonic Grey Pearl Sports. He stayed with me going over all the features and details of the vehicle with me making sure that I was comfortable in what I was purchasing. He was very patient also with going over the figures and down payment with me. If I was to purchase another car I will want this representative to represent me. I will let all my friends that are looking for a new car to come to Long Beach Honda and ask for Abel Ortiz. Thank you guys so much. I’m so in LOVE with my new ride. I was referred here via the Costco membership program. They don't deserve to be affiliated. I showed up. I was late, I take full responsibility for this. There was another gentleman who quickly helped me. I wish I could remember his name. He was very courteous and polite. However, when he took me out to look at the hybrid I had called about even he had was left scratching is head. There was no hybrid. So Nathaniel Santos was setting me up for a bait and switch right from the first interaction. I told them I wouldn't come back. I texted them to give them a second chance they said they would be mail me. I offered to go back but Nothing. Today I texted them again someone said they'll get back to me today. Again nothing. If you want a Honda wait a month as there are new designs coming this year. If you really NEED one other places may be better. This place is definitely not. More
This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The salesperson, Ily was nicest person and so helpful. I never once felt pressured to do something I didn’t want to do.
