Braiden Did an excellent job keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my car. Repairs ran into a small problem and getting my car back was delayed, but I knew every step of the way what was going what was going on with my car. Failed to call me with updates. Lied about how long it would take just to get me in. I was clear about needing my car for a trip the following day. In spite of the fact that I showed up 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night, the staff welcomed me and treated me with nothing but kindness. They even stayed late to take me on a test drive and take closing on a Friday night, the staff welcomed me and treated me with nothing but kindness. Overall, the service department has been a pleasure to deal with. With the exception of a problem with the headlight alignment that probably took longer to get resolved than it should have, my experiences deal with.
