Misdiagnosed the problem. Way overcharged me. I had a bad injector that the copper crush ring had failed, leaking exhaust into the engine compartment. and I told them so. The Way overcharged me. The only reason I took the car to them was because it was supposed to be covered by my warranty. They updated the cars software and told me it was fixed. I was dumbfounded. You can't fix an injector with a software update. I took the car back, and they charged me some more, and told me I had a bad injector. They literally told me the fuel line was bad and that caused the injector to fail, and it would cost $2100 plus tax to fix it because fuel lines wern't under warrenty. That is by far, the stupidest thing i have ever been told by a repair shop. In the end, I paid them $430 and the result was...I found out I had a bad injector, and Mercedes wouldn't pay for it. I bought a set of crush rings (injector gaskets), and some injector bolts online and fixed it for under $100. And, by the way, the fuel line was fine, and so was the injector, it was a $2 gasket that failed. More

Although I own two Mercedes vehicles and have had three over last 23 years, I’ve always had them serviced exclusively at your dealership. And until recently, I’ve been quite satisfied, even though your pri over last 23 years, I’ve always had them serviced exclusively at your dealership. And until recently, I’ve been quite satisfied, even though your pricing has been on the high end. Now, it seems your technicians are not as well trained, nor caring as in the past. Also, it seems the attitude in your organization is one where older vehicles don’t get the best attention as do new/newer vehicles. My hope has always been toward buying a new Mercedes from your dealership someday. But, based on my last experience, perhaps not. Thanks for the past good experience. More
