Alex found us the perfect car we were looking for. We recently were involved in a rear end collision and our 2014 Altima which we bought new from Ken Garff was totaled. He hid the keys until my wife and I could run down to look at it. They gave us a great deal and made sure it was the one we wanted with the options we needed. I would highly recommend Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale and especially Alex Hopkins. I'm sure our next car will be one from Ken Garff. I hope Alex will still be there. Thanks Alex ! More

I show up and service adviser says do you have an appt we are really busy usually 20 appts today we have 40 I say should I reschedule , oh no so 2 hours later they tell me my brakes are dirty and need cleaned 2013 Altima bought from them and serviced by them. Up on oil changes so I was perplexed/mad then I get told your brakes have been cleaned and your car's in line to wash so 30 mins more I declined omg well my brakes still squeak and my car's still dirty More

New Car Purchase very Painless Me and my wife just had our 2015 Nissan Altima totaled. We knew we were going to have to go through the pain in the xxx hassle of buying a new car. We bought our Altima at this dealership, specifically because of how easy it is to buy a car with them. Alex Hopkins is always our salesman. He does an amazing job! I'll never go to another dealership as long as he works there. We were in and out the door with our new card 2016 Nissan Sentra in 2 and a half hours time. I give this dealership and more over Alex Hopkins 5 star A++++ rating. Thank you again for the amazing experience! More

Very rude saleman! If you like to be told "I am fed up with you!" And "I am fed up with your situation" and then when asking please don't be mad me the sales man replies If you like to be told "I am fed up with you!" KG Nissan is your place! By the way my situation was debating between a new or used car and needing to wait for my husband to come home to help make the Best choice! More
Not thee worst but a healthy 2nd in worst customer service. Recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. Sales staff and service department are not knowledge on the vehicles they sell. I should have just dealed with the manager directly because the sales force were clueless. Then to top it off, the saleswoman "forgot" to schedule my after sale service appointment and didn't even appologize for it. Then, 1.5 months after I originally drove it home, the service department got it in and took two weeks to get my service items completed. Of the many items they were suppost to fix, they didn't get a single one done right. Needless to say, they will not be seeing me for any other service my vehicle needs. More

I had the work done to replace this module that stranded me part is a dealer part and spendy very much. More
