I show up and service adviser says do you have an appt we are really busy usually 20 appts today we have 40 I say should I reschedule , oh no so 2 hours later they tell me my brakes are dirty and need cleaned 2013 Altima bought from them and serviced by them. Up on oil changes so I was perplexed/mad then I get told your brakes have been cleaned and your car's in line to wash so 30 mins more I declined omg well my brakes still squeak and my car's still dirty More

Very rude saleman! If you like to be told "I am fed up with you!" And "I am fed up with your situation" and then when asking please don't be mad me the sales man replies If you like to be told "I am fed up with you!" Not thee worst but a healthy 2nd in worst customer service. Recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. Then to top it off, the saleswoman "forgot" to schedule my after sale service appointment and didn't even appologize for it. Then, 1.5 months after I originally drove it home, the service department got it in and took two weeks to get my service items completed. Of the many items they were suppost to fix, they didn't get a single one done right. Needless to say, they will not be seeing me for any other service my vehicle needs. More
