Worst experience with a car dealer ever! First, we had to put $20 of our own money for gas to test drive the vehicle. Spent hours at the dealership on two separate occassions because the salesman would w to put $20 of our own money for gas to test drive the vehicle. Spent hours at the dealership on two separate occassions because the salesman would walk off and do other things. Each time I would call in to speak with the individuals we were working with I would be put on hold for ten minutes, transfered to their phones and they did not answer a single call. I would have to wait hours before they would call me back, if at all. After negotiating and settling on the final cost of the vehicle, I sent my husband in to sign and they changed the prices we had agreed upon without informing my husband that they were doing so. They told us that they would put different tires on the car with better tread before we took it home and they also said they would detail the inside of the car because it was filthy. Went to pick it up after they said everything was done, which took them two days to do, and the car had not been cleaned on the inside at all and the tires were never changed. There were still french fries in between the seats and lots of dirt in the seams of the seats and floors. Finally, when we went to drive it off the lot, after discussing their lack of follow through on what they promised as part of the sale, the gas gauge was below empty. I asked them if they were going to fill it up before we left and they handed me ten dollars and said that is all they were going to give us. Now, I still have to take the car back to the dealership at some point to have them clean it as they promised they had done before we went to pick it up. I would avoid purchasing a car from this dealership no matter what they promise. More

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The guys at the dealership made us feel at home, did not pressure us, and found my wife the exact vehicle she wanted. Hi my name is chris. I went to this dealership for one purpose, to find a car with low miles that I could keep out of the shop. I dont know very much about cars but what I did know is that my 2001 jeep ha purpose, to find a car with low miles that I could keep out of the shop. I dont know very much about cars but what I did know is that my 2001 jeep had been in the shop 3 times in the last 2 months. I had to pay more the $1700 in repairs and I was not happy. When I got to the dealership they had sandwiches for us and they were very tasty. I then was helped around the lot and looked at a ton of cars. I norrowed it down to a few cars, and started taking test drives. Every car was clean and smelled good. During the test drive the salesman answered every question I asked. When we got back we started figuring out the numbers and I was amazed with what they could pull off. . I was shocked hom much they traded in my jeep for. They paid off the remaining balance on my original loan and took money off my new car it was great. I ended up having to pay less then $250 a month. My 2007 Altima SE with less then 30,000 miles is great I love it. My next car purchase will be from Ken Garff Nissan of Orem. More

I was lied to many times. I was screwed over with the price. The dealership lied to wells fargo and told them i made More than i really do to not get me a better interest rate but to get me qualified wit price. I went into the dealership with a 3.2% and walked away with an 11. Because i was reasured i could refinance soon and change that. Lies, nothing but lies, it was high pressure mixed with lies. They told me i could qualify for a truck and then called me a few days later telling me they need a co-signer, I told them my co-signer is unwilling to sign now cause of how fishy they were doing this. So i walked away with a rogue i did not want and i hate, if i was aware i could have said no to the whole deal right then and there I would have. They told me since i was not getting the rebate from their current offer they could take the rebate and send us a check so our car payments would be cut in half for a year then we could refinance, it was $4k. And i conveniently had $4k to put down on the car. So on the sales contract they added $4k to what i owed for the trade-in so i owed them $4k after they payed the car off. So my down payment of $4k went to them in return they mailed em back the check, and my $4k did NOTHING to the price of the cars as a down payment... I'm so pissed. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! The online chat rep told me he had 5 kids and claimed to be brantley, but brantley's wife was pregnant with their first kid. It was lie after lie and dishonestly, such a bad business. Since i have told everyone how poor and unprofessional they were and to NEVER visit a ken garf because of it. Either my situation gets corrected or I'll continue to give bad reviews and tell everyone NEVER to go there. Brantley and his family who he lied upon will get the karam they deserve... His poor child to have a dad who is a lier. More

If I could offer them a negative rating, I sure would. We took our altima in for service when our private mechanic determined our head gasket was blown. Which was totally covered under our 60,000 mile warranty. They told us before they would even test the head gasket we'd have to do over 900 dollars worth of work. Almost all that work had been either done or tested by our mechanic the day before and was totally bogus. They then took a week to tell us Nissan had denied our claim because of a lack of a coolant flush at 30000 miles. I called another dealer to ask about this and was told the flush did not need to be done until 60,000 miles and they were "scamming" us. We went in and complained, the manager told us he'd never heard of that (even though the manual states it very clearly). And 5 days later they assured us they'd begin work on the car and the car would be done by the following weekend. We made plans and reservations to go on vacation that weekend (Pioneer day). The middle of that week (Wednesday) (after us calling daily and having no calls returned) they told us they ordered the wrong part and that it wouldnt be in until Monday, but that the car would be done on the same day the part came in. All they offered us was a rental car that would cost us an additional 100. We cancelled our plans, and lost our deposits. Monday rolls around, no calls, Tuesday they called to tell us that it wouldnt be done until Thursday. Apparently the "getting it done the same day the part comes in" was a total lie. When we reminded them of their promise, they told us that if we made them hurry their work, they "wouldn't be responsible if anything happened with it, and would wash their hands of it". Oh, and I'm pregnant and almost had a miscarriage since I had an emergency and I had to wait for mny husband to leave work to get to the doctor, and they knew this all along. MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR 26 DAYS NOW. AND WE STILL DONT HAVE IT. IT IS OUR PRIMARY VEHICLE. THEY'VE TRIED TO SCAM US, LIED TO US, AND ANY TIME WE WANTED TO CONTACT THEM, WE HAD TO GO IN, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. AND NOW WE'RE NOT SURE WE CAN TRUST THEIR WORK EITHER. ALL WE'VE BEEN OFFERED IS A "WE'RE SORRY". Bottom line: If you actually need your car, don't bother dealing with these jerks. It's worth the drive to get to another dealership. More

we had been looking at used cars for about a month. unfortunately, the CAR we liked most was here at ken garff, so we ended up buying it. at first the salespeople were very friendly. they gave us some unfortunately, the CAR we liked most was here at ken garff, so we ended up buying it. at first the salespeople were very friendly. they gave us some grilled food (delicious, by the way) and chatted us up. we didn't want to buy that night, but they did the whole "what do i have to do..." thing, and ended up offering $1,000 off the car and 72 hours to bring the car back if we changed our minds. I first fought against it but then thought "i like the car, we can change our minds tomorrow, so why not?" I'll tell you why not: they backed out on the 72-hour thing as soon as we signed some papers, they put OVER $1,000 IN DEALER FEES on the car after telling us straight-faced that the dealer fees were $299. they added $500 for a theft thing (xxxxxxxx). they gave it to us so empty that the gas light was on. there is sticky junk all up in one of the compartments that we didn't see during the test drive. as soon as we drove it off the lot we noticed a broken fog lamp (they may fix this tomorrow... we'll see). basically, we expected to pay about $1,300 for taxes and fees (because thats what we were told) and ended up paying $2,000. we asked for a monthly payment around $250, and once David the sales manager was finished working his voodoo, we are paying $300/mo. point is, there is too much info out there on the internet (autotrader, cars.com, etc.) to waste your time and money dealing with xxxxxxx like these. buy from a private party.
