Made an appointment to come to this Toyota dealership for an oil change, when I arrive they stated they cannot find me in the system and then refuse to provide service. I made my appointment two weeks ago and all of a sudden they can't find my appointment. The person at the desk was very rude and said that unfortunately they had too many vehicles and they could not help me. Never again will I do business with this dealership and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience. PS.
