I will never bring my car back here again, they lied to me about the safety of my car and tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. I brought my car in for a typical service, A13 which, among a few other things, is a transmission fluid change and an oil change. In total, the cost for this service was $250, which is already too expensive for the service they provided. I made an appointment for 2 pm, and brought it in. The man at the service counter casually said that the tech would message me when they started the service THE NEXT DAY. There was no indication on the website that I made the appointment on that it would take such a long time. I have no idea why they needed to keep my car overnight for something so simple, and his casual expectation for me to be ok with it was incredibly manipulative. I tried contacting the service department a few times because I was worried I wouldn't have my car back in time to commute to work the following day. They got back to my 3rd message in the afternoon of the next day (it took two texts and one voicemail). I was sent a list of repairs that were 'critical safety' repairs, including replacing my brakes. The tech said that they were completely worn down to the service limit in the front and the rear and wanted to charge me $750 to replace them. The service advisor indicated that I was unsafe and that my car would sustain substantial damage if I didn't take care of it immediately. I told the service advisor that I was going to replace the brakes with a family friend, because the price they quoted me was too expensive, and he seemed very concerned when I said that. When I replaced the brakes myself a few days later, the brakes were fine and still had PLENTY left, many millimeters more than what they said; in fact the rear brakes seemed especially fine. This was overall a terrible experience, and they TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They also said that there was a fluid leak that would cost $790 to fix, but I genuinely do not trust this to be factual. I will never be coming back and am more than happy to pass this along so that others also do not take their cars to be serviced here. More
The General Manager Jim Bailey of Ken Harvey Dublin Honda is unwilling to take responsibility for a service technician mistake even when presented with the evidence that his service department made the erro is unwilling to take responsibility for a service technician mistake even when presented with the evidence that his service department made the error. He wanted to negotiate an outcome where I paid 50% of the damage costs. That is the shadiest practice I have ever experienced at a dealer in the history of my car ownership. And this involved the brakes in my teenagers car. Just dispicable! More
This one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever dealt with. Use bait and switch sales tactics. Plenty of other options available…AVOID this dealership! with. Use bait and switch sales tactics. Plenty of other options available…AVOID this dealership! More
There is a valid reason why they only get 1.4 stars. Please check out my review on Google. Sales :I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle depending Sales : I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle depending on my budget and after searching around for sometime i decided to purchase it from Honda for Sales : I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle depending on my budget and after searching around for sometime i decided to purchase it from Honda for obvious reason of trust and service, so i bought 2012 Civic in 2012 for a hefty amount compared to Individual buyers, and guess what within 2 days i had to claim insurance to change Engine Harness wires. (Reason was given by dealer that some animal may have cut the wire), It was a hassle for me and cost me out of pocket for Insurance ~1000. Service : So in order to make sure that i do not indulge into other issue, i decided to service at Honda Dublin. All the repairs like Engine Harness, oil changes and other services were done at Dublin Honda. Now after B14 service paying almost 800 bucks, they messed up my Oil can threads and asking for another ~800 bucks! Also they don't bother about customers. I extremely had a very bad Honda car owner experience at Dublin Honda in last 3-4 years. Dont have less start rating than this. I hope that helps to others before going to Dublin Honda. Please dont waste your time visiting at this Franchise. Honda lost one customer! More

Unbelievable. I can't believe the blatant disrespect and rudeness that we experienced today at the dealership. My husband and I went to the dealer to purchase a car. The sales person was great. The finance rudeness that we experienced today at the dealership. My husband and I went to the dealer to purchase a car. The sales person was great. The finance manager Jimmy had a rude attitude to start with. His condescending and curt attitude was getting worse as I started to ask for clarification on warranty before I sign on the dotted line. I wanted to clarify what the sales person told me what the dealership will do for the first 30 days of the purchase to what was indicated on the contract. When his rudeness got worse, I asked for the manager. When I got out of the office he literally slammed his door in front of my face. I have purchased so many cars: 2 Mercedes, 1 BMW, 1 Lexus, 1 Subaru. I have NEVER experienced such rudeness and blatant disrespect by a finance manager. Maybe because he is the General Manager's son so he feels he can get away with it. It's a shame. Such blatant disrespect and inappropriate behavior should not be tolerated by the management. We walked out without buying the car due to his attitude after 2 hours of waiting! I highly recommend people going to another Honda dealer and avoid Dublin Honda!! More
Across-the-board failure Terrible dealership. Snarky salesperson, self-styled Mr. Hardass type. Poor, unprofessional skills (salesman didn't even know how to open the rear win Terrible dealership. Snarky salesperson, self-styled Mr. Hardass type. Poor, unprofessional skills (salesman didn't even know how to open the rear window on a Pilot, much less that the window even did open). Even worse delivery (typical attitude: it's late, we all want to go home). Finance is a joke; nothing but feeble attempts to upsell back-end packages. Zero post-sale follow-up. Incomplete VIN info sent to DMV. Oh, and we were overcharged almost $400 on our DMV fees, once the correct info (provided by customer) was finally submitted. When I finally did reach someone by phone at the dealership, he acted the total jerk. Demanded my name, yet it took multiple times before he would tell me HIS name, and then called ME by HIS name. Does anyone there have a clue? I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership... and for the record, I spent several years selling Honda, Toyota and VW vehicles here in the SF Bay Area. No excuse for this kind of poor performance! More
