One never knows what they will encounter entering a dealership to look at cars. I was greeted by Dave. He showed me all the features of the car (Volvo XC60) and not being familiar with the traffic pattern around the dealership, Dave took me to an area where I could drive the car without being distracted by traffic. I was given a more than fair trade offer, better than what I expected for my 2014 Nissan Altima and it had some damage on it. I liked that when I said, "give me the out the door price" - Dave lined it all up. No ridiculous car sales double speak. I then met A.J. Musto. He prepped all the paperwork, answered more questions I had and I was buying the car. Dave and A.J. work well together. Car buying is not easy and it's usually not a pleasurable experience. Dave and A.J. made it easy and believe it or not, fun. Dave introduced me to many of the people at Ken Pollock, - all were very cordial. There were many great cars on the lot.
