We first took our Chevy truck to another dealer, left it with them for a couple of hours, until they advised that they would need 1-3 days to determine what might be wrong.... So, made an appointment with Randy Roberts to take the truck to Edmark. They had it just a few minutes in order to make a diagnosis and began work right away. It was an overnight job, so they rented us a new truck so we could make the 100+ mile round trip home and back the next day. When we arrived the next day, the work was done (new torque convertor) and the vehicle ready to go. No extras, no 'oh well we saw this' and 'you should replace this' BS, just odd quick service and all under warranty. Randy was great, efficient, friendly and arranged everything so the process was seamless. Great service!! More
The Saleswoman we delt with was extremly friendly and concearned with more than her commision. She listened to what we needed in a vehicle and gave us realistic options. I have found Edmark very prompt and wiling to take care of any problems with my Enclave. I also appreciate the rides home and the pick up for return to Edmark. Edmark is the best dealership that I have ever had any dealings with. The service staff is always so helpful. I have dealt with Matthew for several years and he knows my name and will adjust the seats or dealings with. The service staff is always so helpful. We have dealt with dealers in Bellingham, WA and Fife, WA and neither of them hold a candle to Edmark as far as service go. Edmark has water, soda, chips and cookies if you want a snack while you wait. They treat you like you really matter to them also. If you need they will take you to the mall, home or wherever you want to go. They have clean restrooms and a lounge you can wait in also. They are certainly top in my book. I will always deal with Edmark for any used or new car and any service work. More
The sales person was friendly the car I took in for service was fixed in a short amount of time and it works great. You have a great day the only thing I would've like to see was the price lower for the plastic antenna missing off my Buick Enclave Suv, 40$ seemed quite pricey for a plastic antenna. More
I recently moved to Idaho from Seattle area and have to say that I have moved to a place where the dealer employees are friendly, make me feel welcome, are very accomodating, and fair. I have had 2 services performed and appreciate the honesty of the technicians and service advisors. I don't feel that any unnecessary work has been performed or recommended, and that makes me feel confident in my relationship with my auto care shop. I really love the shuttle service and the kindness of the drivers. I have had shuttle services before, but I really like the drivers at Edmark. Overall, they make me feel like I am part of the GM family. More
Sales service was good, not a lot of pressure. Trade-in value was very good and thier trade-in evaluation process is more thorough than the several other dealers I experienced. Edmark always goes above and beyond when dealing with their customers. I call for an appointment and scheduled within the day or a couple of days. They greet you at the door and have someone available their customers. I call for an appointment and scheduled within the day or a couple of days. They greet you at the door and have someone available to take you home or you can sit and wait. Then they arrange to have the driver pick you up again when your car is done. This visit was a redo of a problem last year so it didn't cost me anything. I will continue to do business with Edmark. More
I purchased a car from Edmark Superstore 2/26/2006. When I purchased my car they offered me the extended warranty. I was not going to purchase it since my car still had a factory warranty on it up to 50,000 I purchased my car they offered me the extended warranty. But after the salesman told me that if I did not use this I would receive a full refund of the purchase price $1684. I had brought someone with me to purchase my car and he also remembers them telling me this. We talked with the salesman that I could use that money towards a down payment on another car. I also purchased the maintaince policy and used that with no issues so I never thought twice about it. Until yesterday when I called Edmark to inquire about my refund since my warranty will be up 02/28/11. I wanted to make sure I did not have to jump through hoops to get my refund. I was then told that I did not have this certain paper in my file that states I was to get a refund and with out this one paper I was out of luck. I went home to go through my copy of paperwork to find I was not given that paper either. I then turned to the internet to find that several people have complained this same stunt has been pulled on them. More
