It’s one of the worst places I’ve visited. You arrive and they take a long time to assist you, and once you’re inside, like this time, two hours go by and they still haven’t given you your car You arrive and they take a long time to assist you, and once you’re inside, like this time, two hours go by and they still haven’t given you your car back just for a simple oil change. When you ask if the person who assisted you is available, no one gets up from their seat to find an answer. Every time I go, there are more customers complaining about the service. On top of that, they advertise promotions sent to your email that they later don’t honor, even though the promotion is still active according to the email. More
