Awful service. We bought a car few years ago with them and added an extended warranty that was supposed to cover transmission and engine. Lately our car had been We bought a car few years ago with them and added an extended warranty that was supposed to cover transmission and engine. Lately our car had been overheating and was in and out the shop constantly every time according to them a different problem. Two weeks ago we took it for the same issue, turns out it was the thermostat (not covered under extended warranty) after changing the part (According to them) the car did not get fix and they continued to say it was different issues. After almost three weeks we decided to take the car to a second location where we found out 1. They hadn’t changed the thermostat 2. Broke a coil. Throughout this process, we weren’t getting any updates because we didn’t speak “English” and they couldn’t communicate with us. And they had the audacity not to call to update us on our car that was in the shop but to call us trying to sell us a car. More
