I wish my review could have been better. Took my truck in on a Sunday to Express Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Evan quickly checked me in and the work was completed within the hour as promi Took my truck in on a Sunday to Express Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Evan quickly checked me in and the work was completed within the hour as promised. After the leaving the service center, my trucks front end started to make a grinding noise and shuttering. Slowly returned to the dealer. While on the phone describing the issue, I was told my tires were the issue. Truck was quickly returned within 10 minutes. I confronted the mechanic. He admitted to me he was being rushed and he forgot to tighten the tires properly. Major safety issue here, good thing the tires did not fall off or cause damage to the front end. Texted the manager no response, hence the bad rating here. I asked Evan to document the incident. More
