Lack of communication, and not being on top of things. I will never buy a dodge Chrysler ram jeep ever again. You would think that after taking my car to be repaired it would work and you would continue with servicing but it has been anything but that. I usually don't give negative reviews because I see the work done but this experience was different. Good bye Dodge I'm sorry george had to be the one to tell me over and over again every issue that was happening each time i would bring it in but it seemed all related to the beginning. When I brought in the car for a issue with the hose and steering. On top of that the mechanic that was working on the car said to me he'll buy it if I don't get an offer from the dealership. Which made me think this is how the mechanics get over on customers More

Overall terrible experience. We were lied to about when the car would be ready. No one ever called me. I had a terrible experience previously and thought.Maybe it had changed, not the dealership, but it has not. I will make sure everyone knows not to bring their vehicle there. More
