Assistant Service Manager Jose Lopez scheduled an appointment on September 5th to diagnose why the check engine light was displayed on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. This was a follow up related to a pr appointment on September 5th to diagnose why the check engine light was displayed on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. This was a follow up related to a previous emergency stop at the Dealership on August 5th that I commented on in my last response to the Dealer Rater. Service Technician Daniel Cabballero was apprised of a male connector that I noticed wouldn’t stay connected to the female end in the air cleaner. Technician David replaced the connector and the problem was solved and the check engine light went off. I also spoke with the Body & Paint Specialist Luis Nunez about the hood that has a reoccurring rust issue along the lip edge of the hood. Luis indicated that he was aware of some new information regarding rust issues along the welded area of the hoods and since it has been repainted twice he would request a replacement hood from the previous warranty claim work done to the hood. I also was at the Dealership to Discuss an extended MOPAR Vehicle Protection Plan with Service Manager Jose who answered my questions and filled out the form for me and submitted it to MOPAR. Jose then took me to the checkout where Emily walked me through the payment process for the visit. As always a pleasant experience at the Kendall Dealership. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SOOO VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING IN HELPING ME and that means a lot to me as I travel in our Van numerous times a month to Miami from Marathon Key so my significant other can receive cancer treatments. More
