Although the dealership itself is great and offers quality vehicles, the experience with the employees left a sour taste. Last night, I went with my father to turn in my lease And finance the same quality vehicles, the experience with the employees left a sour taste. Last night, I went with my father to turn in my lease And finance the same vehicle. Unfortunately, despite making it clear that financing was my choice, I felt pressured to consider buying instead. As a result, I had to wait an unnecessarily long time for the financing process. To make matters worse, the seller misinformed me regarding additional fees that would be added. I’m generally patient, but when I finally approached the finance representative (Daniel), I found him casually chatting with a colleague. Only then did he acknowledge me by asking his friend to leave so he could assist me. There’s a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the front-facing staff. While the dealership and its vehicles are great, the overall customer service experience needs significant attention. More
