Luis Garcia has been a great advisor, being attentive to all my needs. He has provided constant feedback, regarding the status of repairs and coordination with extended warranty vendor. However, every repair takes extremely long to complete, and costs for parts and repairs even with partial filunding from the extended warranty. The dealer prices are really high, which always exceeds the approved amount provided by the extended warranty company. The last visit to replace my coolant tank, the mechanic made a big scratch on my truck, and the truck was extremely dirty. I lost another 1.5 weeks, due to the body shop work that had to be done. The dealer took care of the cost, though. If it wasn't for Luis' attentiveness, my rating would be a 1. More
