Non responsive, unpersonalized, unprofessional. Car was taken in, diagnosed nearly a week later, had to return for missing parts which were not installed, car now has issues from work done at deale Car was taken in, diagnosed nearly a week later, had to return for missing parts which were not installed, car now has issues from work done at dealer- as stated in diagnostic report- dealer stating new issue is unrelated, but forgot they put it in writing the first time.
