We called and he had us tow it in. He did not mention that the dealership was backed up with service jobs. The vehicle sat for 3 weeks before it was worked on. Luis did mention we needed new batteries but we were financially unable to purchase them from the dealer. When we picked up the battery they jumped started the vehicle to bring it to my wife. It did not hold charge and I had to go purchase a new battery. The process could have been avoided if we had not took the car in 3 weeks earlier to just sit at the dealership. More

From the moment I walked in he made everything easy — explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions w for service on my Grand Cherokee.
