It took me 4 calls to confirm my car was received by the service department the day I had it towed to the dealership, a waiting period of 5 days for my car to be seen by a technician, another 3 days and num service department the day I had it towed to the dealership, a waiting period of 5 days for my car to be seen by a technician, another 3 days and numerous calls to confirm the status of my vehicle and what repairs were needed, and a total of 8 days without my car for a simple battery replacement. This service was clouded by consistent delays, miscommunication (or lack thereof), and disorganization. More
