Chris and Charles were both friendly. Unfortunately I had to sit through a 20 to 25 minute video of why I should get an extended warranty before I could find out my interest-rate on the Unfortunately I had to sit through a 20 to 25 minute video of why I should get an extended warranty before I could find out my interest-rate on the car. Initially the interest rate that was proposed to me was way higher than expected. Charles did work it out with me where it made it affordable. The next day after we left the dealership we came to find out the battery needed to be replaced in one of the keypods. Later in the week we found a small crack in the glass then when Safelite came how to repair they told me they couldn’t repair it because the dealership already tried to repair it and now it cracked even more. We did have the whole windshield replaced thank goodness for FL law that it did not cost me anything. Overall experience was OK But I kind of felt I had no negotiating power. I thought more could have been done. More
