Was given a rental vehicle while my car was supposed to be in the shop for 3 days. This has turned into over 40 days at the dealer, and a charge of over $800 from the neighboring Enterprise, for which I wa be in the shop for 3 days. This has turned into over 40 days at the dealer, and a charge of over $800 from the neighboring Enterprise, for which I was told the rental would be covered as my Lease is under warranty. Upon picking up my leased vehicle, the issue still had not been fixed. Could not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

When I first bought my vehicle, Nick was absolutely great! He made the process of purchasing extremely easy and quick. However, I went to get my vehicle serviced for a suspension problem and the servic great! He made the process of purchasing extremely easy and quick. However, I went to get my vehicle serviced for a suspension problem and the service was disappointing. They kept my vehicle for a week, quoted me $10,000 for the suspension issue, and didn’t even give me options of how or where to get my vehicle serviced. Contacted my personal mechanic who fixed my vehicle for $1200 and within 2 days. I don’t usually write negative reviews but getting your vehicle serviced after purchasing is always an issue and hopefully this brings some sort of attention and drastically needed changes. More
