Pros: They provided me with a rental free of charge, the door was fixed and came back better than new. The update texts were also a major convenience. This dealer will overcharge you. They tried charging me 4hrs for a starter r&r. Every maintenance book says its a 1.3 hr job. I had to take my jeep to my daughter in Orlando for college on a few days off that I had scheduled off, but there was a recall on it.
