First time visit was very poor. After calling to see if I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change they said just drive in. When I arrived, there were a few cars in line After calling to see if I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change they said just drive in. When I arrived, there were a few cars in line waiting for service. Out of all the staff members walking around, no one was taking care of customers. ZERO. No one to greet customers, offer help, provide info, sign people in, nothing. I had to get out of my car and track someone down who could help me cause no one knew what was going on. After getting conflicting info, I discovered that I had to go inside the building to register for an oil change. How was anyone in the line supposed to know that? Kudos to all the employees that were walking around all those customers that were in line AND OFFERED ZERO HELP. After eventually getting signed in, they did offer me a shuttle home while they worked on my truck. I paid extra for free oil changes and maintenance. I hope this is not how they usually conduct business. More
