I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kendall dodge and Chrysler . I went in to address a low antifreeze issue, and instead of providing a straightforward solution, they quoted me an outrageous $ dodge and Chrysler . I went in to address a low antifreeze issue, and instead of providing a straightforward solution, they quoted me an outrageous $3,800 for repairs. As a woman, I felt they were trying to take advantage of me by inflating costs unnecessarily. I ended up seeking a second opinion and found out the issue was much simpler and far less expensive to resolve. This dealership has lost my trust, and I would caution others to be wary of their tactics. Customer service should be about honesty and fairness, not exploitation. More
