Extremely disappointed in the experience at this dealership. They told me one thing over the phone, had me come in, do paperwork for an hour to have the vehicle serviced, only to tell me they couldn dealership. They told me one thing over the phone, had me come in, do paperwork for an hour to have the vehicle serviced, only to tell me they couldn’t get the part. Completely a waste of time and energy. The rep did what she could and was friendly, but her hands were tied as it was the dealership and the parts company (mopar) who weren’t allowing her to effectively do her job. Also, when I called and got the quote, the rep told me that the quote was wrong and it was going to be even more expensive on the spot. Whoever runs this place needs some serious management training as to get everyone on the same page with the correct information. Disappointing that you buy a 100,000$ vehicle for garbage service. More
