He was extremely dishonest and flat out lied to me several times. Claimed a recall on my clutch had already been done when it had not. Then he lied again about not having the parts in stock so that several times. Claimed a recall on my clutch had already been done when it had not. Then he lied again about not having the parts in stock so that I would wait even longer and pick up my vehicle. He refused to provide me with his supervisor’s contact information also. After I spoke to the service director, Hugo Monterroso still has a job, amazing!!! What he did is borderline criminal, fraudulent and unprofessional. I will never go back to his dealer. More
