Did not resolve the harness issue, I am still getting a check light intermittently. Looked under the seat and they haven't secured the clips. No pick up or delivery of my car, was given a loaner that was check light intermittently. Looked under the seat and they haven't secured the clips. No pick up or delivery of my car, was given a loaner that wasn't even comparable to the Jeep I had left for service. Communication was lean, I had to keep calling to find out what's going on. In the end I would not take the Jeep back to Kendall. However the Service Department rep was very apologetic and pleasant to deal with More

Over a two month period I had to return multiple times for the same issue. Vibration was never solved even after keeping the car for 3 weeks. If they fail to fix it right the first time you go to the back for the same issue. Vibration was never solved even after keeping the car for 3 weeks. If they fail to fix it right the first time you go to the back of the line and start all over as they already have your money. Service manager was to call to address the issue and we are still waiting. Took it to another dealer where they solved the problem and demonstrated the lousy work we had paid for. Take you money and car elsewhere. Loyalty to this dealership means nothing and they lost us as a returning customer. More
