Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

I had my car towed there after a right front tire blow out on 95 at 83 mph. My car has yet to reach 14,000 miles. I called to use my tire protection plan and was told it was covered prior to my car gettin out on 95 at 83 mph. My car has yet to reach 14,000 miles. Felipe got a hold of the car, I was called and told 4 tires were needed, had a leaky oil and valve cover. I’m Like dude,,, this is a brand new car. Protection called. Me that Felipe had stated it was all wear and tear. He provided me with an estimate for 4 tires. I pulled my car and took it to tire kingdom next door. Wasn’t wear and tear, needed one tire. Felipe ransacked the inside of my car, took pics of every scratch on the outside, too pics of my entire car on the inside .27 pics. Couldn’t use the insurance as Felipe had already called and stated it was wear and tear. I canceled the insurance, I no longer trust this dealership. I’ve purchased several chargers through the years. My husband just purchased a Jeep. I had him cancel his Insurance. No customer service, no assistance, just several up sells on services that weren’t needed. Im a disabled female marine corps veteran… didn’t need this hassle. Much less from a place I trusted. More
