The service I received for my truck was inadequate and unsatisfactory. Despite the truck being on the lot for a week, there was little to no progress made and it only took numerous calls and messages for unsatisfactory. Despite the truck being on the lot for a week, there was little to no progress made and it only took numerous calls and messages for you to receive any updates. Additionally, the absence of a call back from the service manager further exacerbated the situation. Moreover, the fact that the truck was damaged again a mere three days after returning it due to the same mechanical issue highlights the inadequacy of the service provided. More
