William S Campbell 7864175566, my concerns are as follows my vehicle was kept for 2 weeks and then after that long period of time we had to bring it back when I went to pick it up it was blocked in by another vehicle which they couldn’t find the keys for which made things even worse. The entire experience was a nightmare and not even an apology

Jessica Tejeda- ajessica1005@aol.com My Jeep was in 3 times for overheating issues. 1st time thermostat was replaced. 3 weeks later Jeep was overheating again this time they did a radiator flush. Less than a month and the Jeep was still overheating. I was told that a head gasket was needed and it would be 4k plus to fix the overheating issue. I took my Jeep to a stand alone mechanic and was advised the thermostat that was replaced at the dealership was installed backwards which he corrected and also replaced the water pump. I have not had overheating issues since this mechanic correct the issue Kendall Dodge could not. I was charged ridiculously at Kendall Dodge for an issue they couldn't fix.
