Worst customer experience ever. Made me watch a 30 minite video that was basically just a sales pitch for extended warranty. Said tht watching it was mandatory. Service is horrible. First, I was insulted and harassed by your employee for submitting a negative review. Survey should be used to improve service and not interpret to attack the costumer. Since then I have been waiting for parts that were ordered in August. I have drove to Kendal Dodge twice, sent emails with videos of mechanical issue. I have yet to hear from anyone at Kendal dodge. At this point I am not confident or comfortable in leaving my truck for service at Kendal Dodge. After the verbal insult from your employee, I feel uncomfortable leaving my truck there, in fears an employee will retaliate against me for giving a review. I was advised by a Kendal dodge employee to not give a review other than a positive one. I am completely dissatisfied. I bought my truck at Kendal dodge. At the moment I do not feel safe in my truck. I have to be constantly recording mechanical issue which distracts me during driving just to prove there is a problem. If I can’t get this resolved I am going to have to trade in the truck. I would never buy or take in for service my vehicle at Kendal dodge. More
