Communication wasn’t the greatest. I had to follow up several times before I got a real response. Once I got the vehicle home, the engine started to rattle and shake—one of the engine coils was not connected properly. The dealership did tow (at my insistence) and fix the issue, however, my complaints and concerns were initially met with skepticism. More
The worst experience ever. It took me over a month to schedule an appointment just to drop off the vehicle. I decided to call a week later after vehicle was dropped off because I had not heard anything from the dealer or service person to find out my vehicle wasn’t even looked at (mind you, this is my working vehicle). Not only they took almost 2 months to have ready but they probably have the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seeing. I got tired of calling day after day asking just to speak with some one and decided to drive 45 minutes to their location. The Director of the service department tells me not to worry that he will help me with this, to find out he will later do the same and not answer phone calls or return them. I’m a very patient person and I found it extremely unprofessional how this whole thing was handle, long story short DO NOT take your car this dealer to get fix unless you want to deal with the hassle.
