Worst customer service. CARLOS BLANCO!!! I don’t know if this guy do know about what you call customer service. This guy don’t even have manners, no respect on how he talks. CARLOS BLANCO!!! He should not be dealing with people, it could have end up worst if I did not control my temper and just avoided to talk to this gentleman.. I bought this car from here, and had been serviced only from here for the past 2yrs. But having this experience with your staff there, definitely not anymore. More

After the engine on my 2011 Ram 1500 blow up in the middle.of the swamp on US41 we were having a bad day. Jose Lopez was awesome! He did everything he could to help us including making sure we got to a middle.of the swamp on US41 we were having a bad day. Jose Lopez was awesome! He did everything he could to help us including making sure we got to a hotel. He then kept us informed as to what was going on with my truck each step of the way. Afterwards he was available and provided me documentation for AAA and my insurance company so we could file. Jose went above and beyond. More
