When I arrived I was not greeted with directions on who or where to go. The gentleman’s name on the appt. Said he doesn’t take appointments. I paid for synthetic oil change, invoice states synthetic oil ho or where to go. The gentleman’s name on the appt. Said he doesn’t take appointments.
