Shauna Davis was helpful and communicated with me regularly. The service, however, was terrible and took over a month to be completed. The cupholders were not secure and there was an open tube of super glue left in it that spilled out. The car was supposed to be cleaned prior to pickup and it was filthy. The porter who brought me my vehicle that day was very apologetic and took it back to have it washed. I went back to service and they promised to fix the issues, which they did, within a week. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle after this and because of the service I had experienced during this service and 2 other prior services, I chose to purchase a vehicle with a different dealership.
