The worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle sat in their lot for 4 weeks without being looked at. Their service department and advisor never answer any calls or text messages. I also My vehicle sat in their lot for 4 weeks without being looked at. Their service department and advisor never answer any calls or text messages. I also left 3 messages with their so called “manager.” Not once did either manager return a call in 4 weeks. The only way I was able to speak with anyone in service is by showing up to the dealership in person multiple times. Both of those times I was lied to and told that they were waiting for parts to arrive. Turns out that was untrue as my vehicle was still sitting on their lot without being looked at. Once the vehicle was properly “diagnosed,” it took them 3 hours to fix the issue. A 3 hour job took them 4 weeks to complete. Their lack of honesty, transparency, and regard for any customer is truly embarrassing and outright disrespectful. Their professionalism is a complete joke. I’m still waiting for any manager to return any of my messages. I’ve owned 4 vehicles with Chrysler and have been coming to this same dealership for 10 years. I made it very clear to this service department that they are the reason why I will never be buying another Chrysler or Stellantis vehicle. More
