This is my second lease with Kendall Hyundai - oil change and 1/2 tire rotation I waited from 2P to 7P. When I asked what was going on at 6p the girl rep (only service person still there) asked me if I was and 1/2 tire rotation I waited from 2P to 7P. Guess she thought I was sitting there because I like your very uncomfortable waiting area in the parts dept. When I asked why only tires on passenger side were rotated she said the other side didn't need it?????????? More

I had 2 different representatives. One took my car (Jesus Calderin and he was very good.
