Phenomenal staff My wife and I both have leased new cars from here in the pass six months. Both times the experience was phenomenal. Our sales person was Kelly Adams and his no pressure sales approach made this an actually enjoyable time. My wife already took her car in for it's first oil change and was impressed with the service staff as well. I have a few business cards of Kelly Adams on me and will pass them out to anyone that is looking for a great person to purchase a car from. More
Only place I'd buy a car Just bought our 3rd vehicle from Roy Robinson's because of the positive experience we've had each time (2 Subarus, 1 Chev). Each time was different sales rep and this time it was Cory at Subaru. He was absolutely the best! No pressure, no upsells, and since I was purchasing the new model, Ascent, on the first day out, he did his best to answer all my questions. And if he didn't have the answer, he was honest and tried to find out for me - no "I know it all" attitude. Just honest. Bev in finance was great as well. Again, no pressure, no upsells, just information and left it up to me to decide. This kind of service and attitude has to come from the top down, so kudos to Rob the Subaru manager and also to the owner of the dealership. I still can't believe that buying a car from either Roy Robinson dealership was this painless. This is why I'll probably never own anything but a chevy or subaru. Other dealers should take a lesson from them. Thank You!!! More
A very copacetic car-buying experience. I bought a 2006 Impreza Outback Sport (new), Kelly Rayson was sales person. It was my first Subaru, and the 12 years of use sold me on the brand. Al I bought a 2006 Impreza Outback Sport (new), Kelly Rayson was sales person. It was my first Subaru, and the 12 years of use sold me on the brand. Also the dealership and its service department. I lost that car to a collision. I could draw on my experience with Roy Robinson Subaru, Kelly Rayson, and the positive years of service experience since purchase. I went online and found a 2018 Impreza "with my name on it", made an appointment with Kelly, and drove home that day with my new car. More
Great car buying experience! I found the vehicle that I wanted on the user friendly website. I did my financing application on the website and was contacted soon after by Dave Jen I found the vehicle that I wanted on the user friendly website. We did and ended up purchasing the vehicle chosen on the website. It was a quick and easy experience and I found all of the staff friendly and easy to work with. Buying a new crosstrek I felt they were straight forward and were willing to deal whereas other dealers were not. We worked with Susan and she was great. 2018 Subaru Forester Limited I did the E Price to 3 dealers and Marysville with Kelly Rayson answered my email price and gave the lowest price out of the dealers (Bellingham & Bur I did the E Price to 3 dealers and Marysville with Kelly Rayson answered my email price and gave the lowest price out of the dealers (Bellingham & Burlington). It was a long drive there 75 miles for me and worth it. Not only did I get the lowest price but I got more off the car and some accessories put on my new car. Kelly took his time and we discussed the price with no pressure from the sales person. Afterwards the manager stopped by and congratulated me and the financing team made it go smooth and fast. Overall this experience of buying a new car was the best one I ever made. I would recommend anyone to do the E pricing from the internet and get your lowest price and then go to that dealership. We are going back next year to buy another vehicle from them and are going to request Kelly again. More
