Ever since they switched from Roy Robinson the service has been absolutely terrible the last 3 times I have gone in for an oil change they don't do everything they say is included with the service like va has been absolutely terrible the last 3 times I have gone in for an oil change they don't do everything they say is included with the service like vacuum and wash. 4th time in today and made sure to mention I wanted my car washed and vacuumed, did a terrible job in the front and didn't even touch the back. Needless to say will never be returning tried to give them a chance but after 4 bad experiences in a row will not be giving them my money any longer not worth it for what they charge. More

Before I only brought 5 gallons of my own oil, but used the oil filter from Roy Robinson. The cost was twice what I paid for with Roy Robinson. The guy I talked with said he left 2 voicemails but he must have lied because I got 0 voicemails from him. They wanted to add another .4 qt of oil; which I did not want or need. Previously Roy Robinson was fine with that. So they charged me an extra $10 for one quart of oil, when they said they only put in .4 qts. They said they cannot sell me only .4 qts of oil. But I’m sure they have gallons of oil in there containers so they can definitely just put in .4 qts. On top of this, they didn’t even have the complimentary wash or vacuum that I always got with Roy Robinson. I will not be going back there again for anything. More

Friendly staff, No pressure, but let me walk with a lemon. I went because my old Subaru was overheating and needed a head gasket. I was happy to find an older Civic. I mean, they don't "have to" when you buy used with no warranty, but I used all my savings to get out of my situation, and I'm in the exact same boat less than a month later.
