After the fuel pump went on my 25 Bronco in the middle of the ft Pitt tunnel, I had to have it towed to Kenny Ross. Mark empathized with my situation, got my car in and repaired within a week. The service as always was excellent. I believe it was Myles that checked me in and he answered my concern about the recall announced two years ago for my car.
