Also my car was threatened to be locked in their garage when i came to pick up my car. Which is illegal because they dont own the car. I thought that was cute and decided to call the police. The service has been terrible to say the least. And based off the response clearly no accountability has been taken. Seek help. This individual called the shop repeatedly because you all HAD MY CAR. And threatened to lock my car in your garage. Typical business practice. In all of my years buying cars and getting them service this has been the worst. Go to Biondi they have a nice selection of Lincoln's and i will be trading this one in that i got less than two weeks ago. Thats just pathetic

Also, when i was speaking calmly, i kept being spoken over when i tried to tell them the exact issue. The women on the phone kept saying “…..like i said”. Im like you arent even listening. She continues talking over me UNTIL i raise my voice. How are you going to tell me that the grinding sound that even my children hear and asked whats that?, doesnt exist after ive driven this car consistently for almost two weeks. You all drove for a spin around the block. Still claimed no noise. I recorded the car making noise for 30 minutes of video footage every time i braked. Its extremely disheartening that the focus is on my reaction to my hard earned money being wasted versus the actual issue at hand. My brakes and my battery were bad upon purchase.
