They were very flexible and able to fit me in for a product recall within a week of encountering issues. Communication with the work that needed done on my car as well as a full inspection was greatly product recall within a week of encountering issues. They took an extra step to verify all other parts and function of my car were working and fixed the recall from Ford free of charge. There was also something else that needed repaired that was fixed and I received clear communication about it all. More
