I had some trouble talking to the IVRU to get information and to schedule but it forwarded me to a real person and I think I was scheduled for an appointment but not sure about it because I didn't get the us and to schedule but it forwarded me to a real person and I think I was scheduled for an appointment but not sure about it because I didn't get the usual text message. They were very flexible and able to fit me in for a product recall within a week of encountering issues. Communication with the work that needed done on my car as well as a full inspection was greatly product recall within a week of encountering issues. They took an extra step to verify all other parts and function of my car were working and fixed the recall from Ford free of charge. There was also something else that needed repaired that was fixed and I received clear communication about it all. More
